Terms of Service

Artful Home manufactures, supplies and installs custom window blinds, outdoor blinds, motorized blinds, monsoon blinds and related interior products across India. Our services include:

• Free Site Visit: Measurement and consultation at your location (in service cities)
• Custom Manufacturing: Blinds made to your exact window size and specification
• Professional Installation: Fitting by our trained technicians
• After-Sales Support: 5-year warranty on material and workmanship

Product images and descriptions on our website are for representation purposes. Actual colour and finish may vary slightly due to screen settings and natural material variations.

All quotations provided by Artful Home are:

• Valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
• Based on the measurements, materials and specifications confirmed at the time of enquiry
• Subject to revision if the actual site measurements, fabric choice or scope of work changes
• Inclusive of applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp, email or invoice) before order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice for future orders.

An order is considered confirmed only when:

• You have approved the final quotation and specifications in writing
• The advance payment (as communicated) has been received by us
• Site measurements have been verified by our team

Once the order is confirmed and manufacturing has begun, changes to fabric, colour, size or design may not be possible. If requested, changes will be subject to additional charges and extended timelines.

Standard payment structure:

• Advance: 50% of total order value at the time of confirmation
• Balance: 50% on completion of installation, before handover
• Custom Orders: May require different payment milestones — communicated at order stage

Accepted payment modes: Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, Cash (in person), Cheque (subject to clearance). All payments should be made to our official accounts only. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorised individuals.

Typical timelines after order confirmation and final measurement:

• Standard Blinds: 7–14 working days
• Motorized / Custom Blinds: 14–21 working days
• Bulk / Commercial Projects: Timelines agreed on a per-project basis

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control — including material availability, transport delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

We stand behind our products. Our warranty terms:

• 5-Year Warranty: On material and workmanship of our window blinds, covering manufacturing defects
• Warranty Excludes: Damage from misuse, water damage (except outdoor blinds), accidents, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear, or colour fading due to excessive sunlight exposure
• Service Support: Lifetime after-sales support for repairs and spare parts (chargeable after warranty period)

Warranty claims must be reported with proof of purchase. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product found defective within the warranty period.

Cancellation and refund rules:

• Before Manufacturing Begins: Full refund of advance (minus any site visit costs, if incurred)
• After Manufacturing Begins: Advance is non-refundable, as materials are custom-cut for your window
• After Delivery / Installation: No refund or exchange, as custom-made products cannot be resold
• Defective Product: If product is defective on arrival, we will repair or replace at no additional cost

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission
• Use our brand name, logo, or product images for commercial purposes

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artful Home shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party claims arising from your use of our products

Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, our products, or our services shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication
• If unresolved, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka

We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of any concern you may have.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements or industry practices. When we make significant changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Continued use of our website or services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms
