Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without any cancellation charges, provided no work has commenced.
If the cancellation is made after 24 hours but before production or service delivery begins, a cancellation fee of up to 50% may be deducted depending on the stage of work completed.
Cancellations are not allowed once work has started or products are in production/customization—even if within 24 hours.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only if the cancellation is approved based on the above terms. No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation beyond the cancellation window.
- Delays caused by lack of customer communication or approval.
- Custom or made-to-order items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Quality Issues / Damages
In case of damage during delivery or manufacturing defects, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs.
Upon verification, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Partial refund depending on the issue
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original method of payment.
